Easy and clear, good repair
My Neff oven had a breakdown a few weeks ago and i called newcastle repairs to try and getting someone to fix it. I must say the service i received from the getgo was great. Easy and clear to get an him to my house and everything went smoothly

I called Newcastle Appliance Repairs to have a look at my Bosch dishwasher hoping for an engineer to come round the next day, instead they offered me same day service - perfect.
The engineer arrived and he was lovely and friendly, got straight on with the job and was here a good hour working on the machine. He told me everything that he was doing as he was doing it (although I didn't understand most of it) but he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed my dishwasher on the visit and now its all working as good as gold. I couldn't rate him any higher
