Counselling can be a very effective tool to address a number of issues including depression, stress and anxiety and relationship issues. Although, many people are familiar with how it works, we may still feel unsure as to what to expect. During the pandemic, I have moved my practice online and work via Zoom, Skype or the telephone. I hope to be able to go back to face to face work as soon as it is safe to do so.
