My name is Deborah and I am the proud owner of Kimti's Pretty Paws.
As a child I had mongrels, labradores or german shepherds, I also had hamsters and rabbits to care for. As an adult I not only had a german shepherd for 14 years I also introduced cats into my life. I've had many cats (rescued) over the past 20 years but I am at present 'mammy' to 7 gorgeous cats and my beautiful little dog {she accompanies me everywhere and who the business is named after}. They are Kimti, aged 5 and Fimble, Miles, Tilly & Dylan who are 13 and Beauty, Mischief and Soxi who are 8.

For many years I focused on my career as a support worker caring for people with dementia and Downs Syndrome. I then went onto university where I gained a Bachelors Degree in Health & Social Care but I was never truely happy for my dream was always to work with animals. So I decided to change my life, take a chance by doing a Dog Grooming Course and start Kimti's Pretty Paws. I have now passed the course and I am at present doing both Canine Behaviour and Canine Holistic Health & Therapy courses, which I hope to finish in the very near future.
My qualifications are: Bachelors Degree in Social Science, A levels in Psychology and Sociology and a Diploma in Dog Grooming with Distinction.

I am a genuine animal lover and I always promise to give 100% to the task at hand as I am always gentle and kind to the animals in my care. My customers will never have to worry about leaving their pet with me and can be confident they will be in a safe, clean, friendly and relaxing environment receiving genuine one-to-one care and any anxious or nervous pets will be worked on at a much slower pace. Also the more I get to know your pet the more I will build an individual relationship with them.

I am fully insured, CRB checked and a member of The British Dog Foundation. I can supply excellent references if required.
