We began trading in 2007 from our premises in Blaydon on Tyne, where we still reside today. The company's main business focus is the supply of engraving materials and consumables to the engraving trade. Many of our original suppliers are still supporting us today and we are proud to say that our product quality is still of the same high standard that it has always been.

Well how can you describe absolute brilliance, the first time I phoned you company and spoke to Beverley ( what a gem), so polite and helpful nothing was to much trouble, she explained what material would be best for what I had in mind and even sent a sample piece for me to try before purchase, to me that is what I call customer relation and not a sales person out for selling something that may work or not for my requirements. When I placed a order online she phoned to run through it with me and even advised on something better, I've worked for myself most of my working life (now retired) and dealt with many companies over the years and I can honestly say with hand on heart that you rate at the top, what with customer service and unbelievable delivery. I cannot rate you enough, just keep doing what your doing for in my mind you've got it right.
